Location

Intake Process

To find out if we are a good fit for your family's needs prior to scheduling an initial evaluation, please complete a New Patient Inquiry form.  Upon receipt of your form, we will be in touch by phone or email to discuss your needs in more detail.

If we both feel that our clinic is likely to be a good fit for you, we will schedule a three-part initial evaluation, consisting of a 1 hr meeting with parent(s), a 1 hr meeting with the patient, and a final 1 hr session to discuss diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.

During this session (or sooner, if possible), we will discuss whether ongoing treatment with Dr. Kiehl is recommended, and any relevant referrals will be provided. â€‹â€‹
